They do not take advantage of the turists. They have a standard menu and prices but you can also get "off menu" fishes, which happen to be caught that day. The ambient is very pleasant. “ Caught my eye with a display of fresh fish and we agreed on a large portion of dentex (zubatac in croatian) which I've never had in my life and grilled vegetables as a side. The fish was grilled to perfection, not too dry but well done. Crispy, salty skin and firm meat. Not as fat as a dorade, but that didn't bother me at all. The sides where fried mushrooms and zucchini, tender and a slightly salty with a little too much oil for my taste, but that is complaining on very high level. The view from my table across The bay during sunset was lovely and helped to relax and settle in to the relaxed atmosphere. The waiter was very patient and helpful during our fish- egotiation and after I finished the maybe 5 year old junior stopped by, greeted with a not too shy "bok" and started clearing the tables around me. Meanwhile two fisherman came ashore and sat down next to me for their fish soup supper. So it felt a little like eating in a family backyard instead of a restaurant. ”
